Who we are

Clear Picks Daily is a YouTube channel and this companion website. This policy also covers "Clear Picks Daily Uploader", a private desktop tool used only by the channel owner to publish videos to the Clear Picks Daily YouTube channel and Pins to the Clear Picks Daily Pinterest account.

Use of YouTube API Services

The uploader uses YouTube API Services only to access the channel owner's own YouTube account, with the owner's permission, to upload videos, thumbnails and captions, manage playlists and post comments on the channel's own videos. It does not access, collect or store data about any other YouTube user. By using features built on YouTube API Services you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Use of the Pinterest API

The uploader uses the Pinterest API, with the channel owner's permission, only to create boards and publish Pins on the channel owner's own Pinterest account. It does not read, collect or store data about other Pinterest users.

Data we store

Authorization tokens are stored only on the channel owner's own computer and are never sold or shared. Access can be revoked at any time in Google security settings and in Pinterest under Settings > Security > Apps. This website does not use its own cookies, analytics or sign-ups. Embedded YouTube videos use youtube-nocookie.com. If the Amazon OneLink script is enabled, Amazon may use it to send you to your local Amazon store.
